panic. Don't be pressurised into hasty decisions. With Lighthouse you can
talk confidentially and privately to one of our counsellors, by phone or at
our office. The counsellor will help YOU work through to a considered
decision on how to cope with this crisis. You will be offered complete
information and given space to think, so that your decision is neither
hurried nor based on lack of knowledge. We welcome partners, who often
appreciate talking to one of our male counsellors
